Chef FIFO Role – 14 Days On, 7 Days Off in Perth

About the role

Sodexo is seeking experienced chefs for a Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out (FIFO) position based in Perth, offering a 14‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off roster. You will work across all kitchen sections, delivering high‑quality food service to remote sites.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food across all kitchen stations, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Contribute creative ideas for themed nights and special events.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations on a FIFO schedule.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship or full working rights.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
• Certificate III (minimum) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
• Minimum three years of strong chef experience; FIFO experience is highly desirable.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Required skills

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (if held).
• Food Safety Supervisor certification.
