Channel Account Manager - Resellers

About the role

Canva is expanding its reseller channel across APAC and needs a driven Channel Account Manager to own partner relationships, accelerate growth, and bring Canva’s design tools to more teams and organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reseller partners across APAC, driving revenue and performance.
• Prospect, onboard and expand new reseller relationships to increase Canva’s footprint.
• Design and execute partner enablement programmes, including training, tools and resources.
• Co‑create joint business plans, set goals and track progress with partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch co‑branded campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance metrics, identify opportunities and work to improve results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting them in engaging end‑customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel management, partnership development or indirect sales, preferably with large reseller networks.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale reseller programmes that generate revenue.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a track record of earning trust quickly.
• Data‑driven mindset – comfortable analysing performance data to inform actions.
• Deep knowledge of the APAC reseller landscape and an existing network of contacts.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
