Category Marketing Lead

About the role

As a Category Marketing Lead at MECCA, you will drive omni‑channel campaigns that connect customers with top beauty brands. Reporting into the Marketing team, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of category and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with MECCA’s strategy and Brand DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of omni‑channel brand partner campaigns across MECCA’s portfolio.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for strategic brands in partnership with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Collaborate with Brands & Buying to align marketing activity with category priorities and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for brands, managing briefs, campaign development, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Deliver post‑campaign insights, optimise performance and inform future planning.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a brand or agency environment, preferably retail or omni‑channel.
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns with strong commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and project‑management capabilities, balancing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
