Casual Sales Consultant – Retail

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at PERGOLUX you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from inquiry through to the showroom experience. The role focuses on delivering a premium consultative sales experience that turns interest into dream outdoor spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Work rostered between 8:30 am‑10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am‑10:00 pm on weekends, with flexibility for study schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and face‑to‑face showroom sales.
• Provide expert advice on technical and installation questions (training provided).
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, product development and external transport teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a premium service aligned with performance goals.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, retail or a trade/technical background looking to advance.
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently.
• Self‑organization and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
