Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with the sights, smells, and textures of T2’s tea and teaware.
• Provide personalized service and become a tea‑brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
• Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe store environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
