About the role
Bailey Nelson is opening a new store in Mornington in early October 2026 and is seeking casual optical assistants to join the team.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers find frames and support their eyecare needs.
- Provide a memorable customer experience throughout each visit.
Required profile
- Customer‑first mindset with retail or hospitality experience.
- Positive, energetic attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends, including peak periods.
