About the role
Bailey Nelson is seeking a Casual Optical Assistant to join the Eastgardens store. You will be at the centre of the customer experience, helping shoppers find the perfect frames and supporting their eyecare needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their style and prescription requirements.
- Provide eyecare support, including lens recommendations and answering product queries.
Required profile
- Customer‑first mindset with experience in retail, hospitality or similar.
- Passion, energy and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Team player who builds great relationships.
- Results‑driven with a focus on hitting service goals.
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends and peak periods.
