About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to own and manage a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment for a growing investment organisation. Reporting to the CFO within the Finance function, the role will support internal stakeholders and ensure the platform delivers strategic value.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of the Dynamics 365 platform
- Optimisation and support of the system
- Ongoing development of the platform
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders
- User training and support
- Continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 2‑5 years of experience in a similar role
- Full working rights for Australia
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred: experience in a finance‑related role and knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
