Business Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter)

About the role

We are seeking an engaging, driven individual to join our Marketing team as a Business Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter). Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia and book high‑quality appointments for our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified B2B prospects to schedule sales meetings.
• Conduct targeted market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Complete follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
• Confident phone manner with a strong drive to meet KPIs.
• Passion for sales and a self‑motivated, results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand complex information (financial acumen is a plus).
• Resilience, problem‑solving skills, and capacity to perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM platform.
