Business Relationship Manager - Franchise Operations

About the role

A leading Australian commercial cleaning services provider, with offices in every state of Australia as well as in America and New Zealand, is hiring a Business Relationship Manager through its franchise network. The role oversees the implementation and enforcement of the Franchise Program, covering operational functions, franchisee communication and adherence to policies and procedures. It is based in Melbourne's Bayside and South Eastern suburbs and offers geographic flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of franchise operations and policies
• Maintain daily communication with franchisees to monitor performance
• Conduct franchisee training during account transitions
• Coordinate the introduction of franchisees to customers
• Conduct site inspections and recommend improvements
• Manage customer complaints and document resolutions
• Assist in achieving franchise compliance with operational standards
• Maintain the necessary documentation for franchise operations

Required profile

• Higher education qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a commercial environment
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing high-level operations support
• Experience and understanding of compliance support processes
• Knowledge of WHS and environmental workplace standards
