Business Development Manager - Stormwater & Infrastructure

About the role

A leading Australian provider of stormwater treatment, harvesting and infrastructure maintenance solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager in Sydney. The role drives business growth, builds strategic client relationships and expands the company's presence across stormwater infrastructure and maintenance services in New South Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across NSW
• Build and maintain relationships with councils, contractors, utilities and asset owners
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in civil and infrastructure sectors
• Promote stormwater treatment, harvesting and maintenance solutions
• Manage sales pipelines and convert opportunities into profitable projects
• Support tender submissions and project development
• Provide technical input and specialist support during project delivery
• Work with internal teams to deliver successful projects and stay up to date with market trends

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical or engineered solutions sales
• Strong understanding of civil drainage, stormwater or water infrastructure sectors
• Experience developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
• Experience with councils, utilities or infrastructure asset owners (advantageous)
• Knowledge of stormwater maintenance and asset management practices (advantageous)
