Business Development Manager – Perth

About the role

Corporate Traveller, a specialist brand of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its corporate travel portfolio in Perth. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting to onboarding – and will act as the primary point of contact for new business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients that could benefit from Corporate Traveller’s travel solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships to position Corporate Traveller as a preferred travel partner.
• Analyse client travel needs, booking behaviours and pain points, and present tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate how the company’s tools and support can reduce costs, save time and support business growth.
• Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process and introduce them to their dedicated travel team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Development or B2B sales role, preferably within travel or tourism.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong networking, lead generation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
