About the role
The Business Development Manager (Market Offers) will report to the Head of Sales Market Offers and focus on securing new business across Mid‑Market and Government segments. You will design and execute growth strategies, build relationships with senior decision‑makers, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities, including managing tender processes and portal submissions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers.
- Understand customer requirements and present value‑driven, solution‑focused proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create commercially sound offers and influence cross‑functional support.
- Partner with account management to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and long‑term client success.
Required profile
- Proven success in a B2B business development role.
- Strong track record of winning new business and managing tenders.
- Excellent commercial acumen and solution‑selling capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated with a hunter mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
