Business Analyst - Digital Initiatives

About the role

TripADeal is looking for a Business Analyst to own the end-to-end success of assigned digital initiatives and complex products. You will act as a high-impact individual contributor reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, bridging technical teams and business operations. The position is permanent and full-time, based at the Byron Bay headquarters or the Varsity Lakes Gold Coast office, with a minimum of one day a week in the Byron office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews, using business process modelling to design solutions aligned with long-term business goals
• Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder needs with technical constraints
• Build trust-based relationships across Marketing, IT and Product teams
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop user guides and communications for go-live
• Develop project plans and contribute to status meetings and business readiness refinement
• Act as the main link between design, technology and the business

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in the digital space and on Agile projects
• Strong logical thinking and proven backlog management, user story creation, UAT coordination and end-to-end delivery
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort working across teams such as Marketing, IT and Operations
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and drive work forward in ambiguous situations
• Qantas background check required
