BIM Technician – Structural & Civil Documentation

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join its dynamic team in Sydney. You will play a key part in producing accurate structural and civil documentation for a variety of infrastructure projects across New South Wales and other Australian states.

Key responsibilities

• Review, modify, and produce detailed structural and civil drawings, including steel, precast, reinforced concrete, in‑situ slabs, road alignments and pavements.
• Create and update project drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Issue and manage distribution of drawings and related documents.
• Develop and maintain a library of standard details and Revit families.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Experience drafting and modelling for structural and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to produce detailed documentation for civil and structural works.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
