Beauty Therapist - Jurlique Chadstone

About the role

Jurlique is looking for a Beauty Therapist to join its retail spa team in the Chadstone Concept Store. You will deliver signature facials and spa treatments, advise clients on their skin needs and create experiences that reflect Jurlique's wellness philosophy. You will also help drive client loyalty, product recommendations, retail performance and events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guide them through Jurlique's customer journey, then conduct skin analyses and consultations
• Educate clients on Jurlique's natural ingredients, rituals and wellness story, and recommend personalised treatments and homecare plans
• Build relationships and encourage rebooking and loyalty
• Deliver Jurlique signature facial treatments to a high standard, keeping treatment areas clean, hygienic and well presented
• Manage pre- and post-treatment protocols, including consultation forms and follow-ups
• Achieve treatment and retail sales targets, promote Jurlique Insiders, seasonal campaigns and in-store promotions
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Jurlique's brand values
• Assist with appointment bookings, POS and reporting, support gift wrapping, stock replenishment and store presentation, and take part in store-wide initiatives and events
