About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience for customers in Rouse Hill. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, from everyday transactions to tailored advice, while promoting digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate clients on available financial products and digital channels.
• Maintain high standards of service to turn customers into advocates for ANZ.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Adhere to accreditation levels when fulfilling product requests.
• Work a rostered schedule, including potential Saturday shifts.
