About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and advising on financial products.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations and educate customers on digital banking channels.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
- Support bank programs and initiatives to boost customer engagement and advocacy.
- Maintain “know your customer” standards from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital technology.
- Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to act as a coach and role model for colleagues.
