Banking Consultant – Northern Beaches & North Shore NSW

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers across the Northern Beaches and North Shore of NSW. You will meet each customer’s financial goals, provide advice on products and digital solutions, and act as a role model and peer coach within the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Process transactions and promote ANZ’s digital channels.
• Support bank programs and initiatives to increase customer advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and branch procedures.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to deliver high‑quality service.
• Work rostered Saturday shifts as required to meet branch operating hours.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and digital banking channels.
• Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and meet accreditation requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
