About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers in the Morley branch. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, guide customers through transactions, and educate them on digital and traditional solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service that turns clients into strong advocates for ANZ.
- Complete customer transactions accurately and conduct in‑depth, needs‑based conversations.
- Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels and financial products.
- Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
- Support bank programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and risk requirements.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Retail experience (preferred).
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
