Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Sales (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant you will deliver high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Deliver accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital customer service platforms to assist customers in real time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain digital tools clearly.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and performance targets.
