Associate Dispenser – Retail Optical Assistant

About the role

OPSM is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dispenser to join its Chadstone store. You will guide customers through the full optical journey, from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting and customizing high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with eye examinations and frame selection.
• Provide product knowledge on lenses, coatings and designer eyewear.
• Customize and fit frames from brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban and Oakley.
• Maintain a welcoming retail environment and ensure high standards of service.
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory of optical products.

Required profile

• Retail experience – optical background preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
• Passion for helping customers see clearly and enjoy fashion.
