Associate Director – Business Services (Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to join the Business Services division of a nationally recognised top‑20 accounting firm. This senior leadership position offers a clear pathway to Director or Partner while managing a multimillion‑dollar client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and business advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Participate in high‑level advisory engagements, including forecasting and strategic planning.
• Support the Partner and fellow Associate Director in client relationship management and workflow oversight.
• Mentor and coach a dedicated team of accountants and managers.

Required profile

• Current right to work in Australia.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Experience advising business clients with turnovers of $5 million plus.
• IPA/CPA/CA qualified or currently undertaking qualification.
