About the role
Eden Academy Palm Beach is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join its 101‑place early learning centre. You will work in a safe, nurturing environment that values both children and staff, helping to create a vibrant space where young learners thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate playful learning experiences that promote curiosity and development.
- Design and maintain engaging, age‑appropriate learning environments.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver consistent, high‑quality education.
- Support children’s wellbeing and safety throughout the day.
Required profile
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for early learning.
- Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.
Required skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to communicate confidently with children, families, and staff.
