About the role

Eden Academy Palm Beach is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join its 101‑place early learning centre. You will work in a safe, nurturing environment that values both children and staff, helping to create a vibrant space where young learners thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate playful learning experiences that promote curiosity and development.
• Design and maintain engaging, age‑appropriate learning environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver consistent, high‑quality education.
• Support children’s wellbeing and safety throughout the day.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for early learning.
• Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to communicate confidently with children, families, and staff.
