Appointment Setter – Business Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an engaging and driven Appointment Setter to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia, securing high‑quality meetings for our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to targeted B2B prospects and schedule sales appointments.
• Conduct focused market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Provide regular reporting on call volume, appointments set, and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based B2B cold‑calling.
• Confident phone manner with a strong drive to meet KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Resilience, problem‑solving skills and the capacity to grasp complex information quickly.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (or similar CRM) proficiency.
