Analista de Procesos

About the role

DaCodes is looking for a Process Analyst to join its team of software and digital transformation experts. The role focuses on understanding end‑to‑end business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and translating operational needs into clear, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document functional requirements and business processes.
• Map current processes, create flow diagrams and propose operational and functional enhancements.
• Produce functional documentation, training materials and mockups to support user‑experience design.
• Analyze operational issues, suggest alternative solutions and assess impacts across products and services.
• Coordinate functional validations, business testing and ensure proper traceability of all processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to guarantee functional alignment.
• Participate in functional and technical evaluations of processes and systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
• Ability to understand complex processes and connect different business areas.
• Self‑driven, organized and capable of leading requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (advanced).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Visio or similar diagramming tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for basic to intermediate queries and validations.
• Experience designing mockups for user‑experience purposes.
