Advisor - Resourcing & Coordination

About the role

The Advisor – Resourcing & Coordination supports the Manager – Resourcing & Prioritisation in allocating resources, coordinating onboarding, and delivering reporting for Organisation Design & Implementation initiatives, with a focus on Business‑Led Restructure work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the prioritisation and work‑request process for all Business‑Led OD&I demand, collating inputs and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a clear view of demand, capacity and resourcing by managing the centralised pipeline of work, tracking status, dependencies and resource implications.
• Support resource‑management activities across the OD&I team, including capacity tracking, allocation support, and onboarding/reactivation of third‑party and permanent resources.
• Produce accurate, timely reporting and insights on demand, capacity, utilisation and progress to aid planning and resourcing decisions.
• Partner with managers, service owners, vendors and delivery practitioners to ensure information, reporting and coordination activities support effective delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement of processes, tools and data quality to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Understanding of program management principles.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
