Advisor - Organisation Design and Implementation

About the role

The Advisor – Organisation Design and Implementation will support ANZ’s Talent & Culture division in delivering large‑scale workforce transformation programmes. You will work across operating model redesign, organisational restructuring and data‑driven workforce analysis to help leaders make informed, people‑centred decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Organisation Design & Implementation initiatives covering operating models, restructuring, offshoring and M&A people streams.
• Own or contribute to defined project workstreams, ensuring high‑quality outputs aligned with agreed outcomes.
• Conduct organisational and workforce analyses (structure, spans, layers, role design) to generate insights and recommendations.
• Prepare presentation materials, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate activities across business and T&C stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate evidence‑based findings into practical implementation plans.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and problem‑solving abilities with experience in complex transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven analytical and project delivery expertise, able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across functions.
