Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer

About the role

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems. You will work closely with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third‑party providers to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrations using HL7, FHIR, APIs and other interoperability standards.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, workflows and integration requirements.
• Configure Solventum solutions to meet operational and clinical needs while following best practices.
• Lead validation, testing and go‑live readiness activities, supporting issue resolution and deployment.
• Provide advanced technical support, act as escalation point, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years implementing, integrating or supporting healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Required skills

• Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs.
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, Meditech.
• Interface engines, integration platforms, SaaS and cloud‑hosted solutions.
• Root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
