About the role
The Administration Officer provides essential day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for the Sydney branch, assisting the Branch Manager as needed. This full‑time position is based at our Moorebank office, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the switchboard and handle enquiries courteously.
- Manage incoming mail from all sources.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence with customers, suppliers and technicians.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery in line with TMHA procedures.
- Assist the Service Supervisor with spare‑part enquiries, quoting, processing and dispatch.
- Process and invoice purchase orders.
- Support customer enquiries related to short‑term rental and fleet coordination.
Required profile
- Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar administrative role.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with database systems and ERP platforms such as Movex (M3), SAP or similar.
- Background in a fast‑paced environment, preferably within an industrial service or materials‑handling sector.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
