About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Accounts Assistant to join our head office in St Leonards, NSW. The position is within a fast‑growing Australian financial services company operating in the asset and equipment finance sector, supporting the Bill & Collect function.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily receipts and payments for the Bill & Collect function.
- Receipt of payouts, refunds and cash batches.
- Distribute collections to funders and vendors accurately and on time.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in a finance department.
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting.
- Previous experience using accounting software.
- High attention to detail, motivated and reliable.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Bill and Collection processes.
- Experience with Xero (desirable).
- Experience with Insyston (desirable).
