Accounting Professional – Flexible Hours & International Exposure

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Professional to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, exposure to three international entities, and the chance to move beyond routine transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end reporting, including accruals, pre‑payments and bank reconciliations.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax) for Australia, the UK and Canada.
• Assist the Financial Accountant with BAS, FBT and broader statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Process vendor payments, credit‑card reconciliations and employee reimbursements.
• Provide exposure to FX handling, project controls, contracts, invoicing and management reporting.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation in reconciliations, controls and reporting logic.
• Commercial awareness and curiosity about the business beyond numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve problems with incomplete data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, structured work style with a focus on process adherence.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
• Data analysis and visualization using Power BI.
