About the role
Moët Hennessy is seeking an Account Manager for the Victoria territory to lead sales growth across on‑premise, off‑premise and e‑retail channels. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives, expanding brand presence and strengthening customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in partnership with the State Manager.
- Expand distribution and visibility of Moët Hennessy brands across all channels.
- Deliver brand storytelling and market‑leading insights to differentiate the portfolio.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through impactful activations.
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, providing tailored, insight‑driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with distribution agreements and monitor territory growth.
- Utilise Salesforce and QLIK to track performance, manage KPIs and produce accurate reports.
- Conduct on‑premise distribution surveys after each customer interaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions and relay feedback to the team.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen with a passion for luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to a high‑performance culture.
