Account Manager – Inside Sales

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, organized self‑starter to join our Sydney team as an Account Manager, Inside Sales. In this role you will act as the bridge between RUCKUS field sales, our ecosystem of partners, and end‑users, driving revenue through telephone sales and scheduled field visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with field sales teams and channel partners to identify growth opportunities and position RUCKUS solutions.
  • Qualify new business leads from print and digital publications and route them to the appropriate field or partner team.
  • Utilise internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage opportunities and account plans using CRM (SFDC) and follow the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
  • Execute inbound lead follow‑up, outbound cold‑calling campaigns, and call‑out initiatives.
  • Maintain and expand the partner and customer database, ensuring accurate and complete information.

Required profile

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for face‑to‑face meetings with customers and partners.
  • Self‑motivated, data‑driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce (SFDC).
