About the role
Ogilvy Melbourne is seeking an Account Executive to support a portfolio of client campaigns across brand and digital disciplines. You will work closely with senior account leaders, contributing to the day‑to‑day management of accounts and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily account administration, including internal and client work‑in‑progress updates, workflow control, meeting coordination, minutes, estimates and record keeping.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, flagging potential issues early and helping to resolve them.
- Develop a solid understanding of each client’s brand, market position and competitive landscape.
- Draft briefs under the supervision of the Account Manager or Director.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions.
- Manage small‑scale projects and support senior team members on larger initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with junior‑level client contacts and internal colleagues.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, curious and confident in contributing ideas.
- Excellent research, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment.
