Join APM Group’s Deception Bay team as a Youth Support Worker, helping participants achieve sustainable education and employment outcomes through high‑quality case management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver case management focused on individual goals and employment barriers.
• Build strong relationships with participants, employers and community stakeholders.
• Market clients to match them with suitable employment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and celebrate wins.

• Experience working to KPIs in a results‑driven environment.
