About the role

Join Bridgestone’s Wingfield team as a Trainee Tyre Technician. This full‑time position is designed for individuals with the right attitude who want to start a career in tyre fitting and maintenance, even without prior mechanical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and safely perform tyre fitting and balancing.
• Carry out basic tyre maintenance and workshop tasks.
• Use tools, equipment and diagnostic processes to identify tyre faults.
• Follow safe work practices and industry standards.
• Progress towards commercial tyre work or roadside service roles.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliability, honesty and good physical fitness.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Experience in any hands‑on role such as labouring, retail, hospitality, or warehousing is welcomed.
