Trade Documentation Officer – Perth

About the role
The Trade Documentation Officer is responsible for managing all trade paper documentation activities, from receipt to scanning, indexing and follow‑up, to support superior customer outcomes and efficient trade transaction processing. The role ensures compliance with non‑financial risk, sanctions, credit and operational risk policies while meeting agreed turnaround times.
Key responsibilities
- Split, scan and index trade documents onto the Trade 360 system.
- Provide necessary information for document processing and ensure completeness of request records.
- Monitor transactions to meet standard and customer‑specific service level agreements (SLAs).
- Print and execute guarantees according to documented processes and organise guarantee swaps as required.
- Manage external courier usage for trade document delivery.
- Comply with bank policies, procedures (including Trade Sanctions) and regulatory requirements for paper documentation.
- Maintain effective queue management in Trade 360 and ensure timely handling of transactions between Spoke and Hub.
