Technical Lead – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys & Power Pages

About the role

This role leads the design and delivery of customer engagement solutions built on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and Power Pages. You will shape architecture, guide development teams, and ensure secure, scalable implementations for real‑time marketing and portal experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Power Pages.
• Design scalable customer journeys, segmentation, email marketing, and event management workflows.
• Develop custom Power Pages portals with tailored UI, authentication, and role‑based access.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical design documents and architecture.
• Configure Customer Insights Journeys (segments, triggers, forms, emails) and Power Pages (Liquid templates, web roles, site settings).
• Build custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript solutions; leverage Power Platform components.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or middleware.
• Implement security models including Azure AD B2C and OAuth‑based authentication.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Conduct technical and code reviews, ensure compliance with data privacy and performance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on secure, high‑performance architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and mentor junior developers.
