About the role
Join a leading Australian retailer as a Supply Planner, helping keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied. You will work with a wide range of products, from everyday essentials to seasonal promotions, and collaborate closely with the Merchandise team to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Place orders against suppliers using system‑generated forecasts.
- Manage allocations and stock movements from the distribution centre to stores.
- Support replenishment of basic, year‑round stock.
- Handle seasonal and promotional stock such as Christmas, Easter, and tableware.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Designers to plan variety stock volumes.
- Use tools and reporting to optimise stock levels and store allocations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply planning processes.
Required profile
- Background in supply chain, logistics, mathematics, or statistics.
- Experience in demand planning, replenishment, or allocation.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, team‑first attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
