Supply Chain Officer

About the role

Kinexus is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Officer to join a growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will own day‑to‑day procurement and material coordination while supporting the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate inventory and material requirements to support production.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Support contract and supplier management processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and other business teams.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply‑chain or logistics roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Mature, professional approach within controlled quality environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance (AGSVA preferred).
• Experience in defence, engineering, aerospace or other regulated quality‑controlled industries is highly regarded.
