Supply Chain Assistant – Brisbane

About the role

Wild Republic is looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Assistant to support its end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Brisbane. Reporting to the APAC Supply Chain Manager, you will help ensure product availability, maintain accurate data, and coordinate with global teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review the Master Buy spreadsheet, ensuring sales averages, stock levels and forecasts are accurate.
• Update SKU data, sales actuals, stock on hand and global open purchase orders.
• Organise regional purchasing requirements and place purchase orders for the Australian market.
• Support order fulfilment with global and local vendors and third‑party logistics providers.
• Track purchase orders, liaise with vendors and manage inbound/outbound shipping activities.
• Prepare import and export documentation and maintain pricing, ETD and ETA data.
• Communicate supply gaps to Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse teams.
• Present supply updates at Sales & Operations meetings and assist with the Open To Buy report.
• Maintain price lists, manage product data in Business Dynamics 365 and coordinate export orders.
• Provide general administrative support across supply chain and sales operations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Business Dynamics 365.
