Structural Engineer – Bridges and Civil Structures

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Bridges and Civil Structures team in Brisbane. You will work on projects that strengthen communities and deliver sustainable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Provide high‑quality advice that informs design and decision‑making.
• Develop resilient and innovative engineering solutions for bridges and other civil structures.
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualification with experience in bridge design, assessment and other civil structures.
• Proven track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.
• Experience using MIDAS Civil and/or Space Gass.
• Competence in digital workflow documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Working towards CPEng and RPEQ registration.
