Social Media Manager – FMCG (North Sydney)

About the role

Grapevine, a social‑first FMCG agency, is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead day‑to‑day execution for key food and drink brands. You will shape content strategy across TikTok, Meta and other platforms, turning trends and briefs into high‑impact social experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead content delivery and execution on TikTok, Meta and additional social channels.
• Translate trends, insights and client briefs into social‑first ideas that cut through.
• Oversee creation of lo‑fi, creator‑led and foodie content.
• Manage influencers and UGC campaigns from concept to completion.
• Handle paid media budgets and optimise spend.
• Write sharp, platform‑native copy.

Required profile

• 3–4 years experience in a social, content or digital agency environment.
• Strong instinct for what works on TikTok and Meta.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Confident client management and project tracking.
• Understanding of how content drives engagement and commercial outcomes.
