Social Media Manager (10-15 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

STMNA Bioactives is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. This casual, remote role is ideal for a self‑starter who can work 10–15 hours per week, preferably based in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand’s wellness and longevity focus.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging short‑form video and image content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Write compelling captions, scripts and community responses to boost engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate content shoots, manage UGC, and optimise assets for maximum reach.
• Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics to drive audience growth.
• Shape the brand voice and visual identity through storytelling and authentic communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and optimisation (SMO).
• Strong portfolio of high‑performing Instagram and TikTok content.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and generate ideas without constant direction.
• Familiarity with the wellness, health or lifestyle sector is a plus.
