Social & Content Specialist for ANZ Market

About the role

Tesla is seeking a highly creative and motivated Social & Content Specialist to lead end‑to‑end content creation and social media management for its Australian and New Zealand markets. The role will own Tesla’s Instagram and X channels, producing premium photography, video and copy while driving audience growth and earned media coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit high‑quality photography and videography of Tesla vehicles, products, events and experiences for social platforms.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form video content (Reels, Stories, behind‑the‑scenes, product features) using professional editing tools.
• Write brand‑aligned copy for posts, captions, stories and community interactions.
• Manage Instagram and X accounts end‑to‑end: planning, scheduling, publishing, community management and audience engagement.
• Develop and execute editorial calendars aimed at growing followers, increasing engagement and boosting brand awareness across ANZ.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and messages, and foster community loyalty.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, video views, earned media value) and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Ensure all content adheres to Tesla brand guidelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Service, Charging, Energy, Design, Legal and Global Marketing.
