Social & Communications Executive

About the role

The Social & Communications Executive will support Sephora’s Marketing team across social, PR and communications initiatives for the ANZ market. You will help drive brand awareness, support retail campaigns and manage influencer collaborations through Sephora’s social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal social and content calendars, ensuring all placements, brand launches and internal content are scheduled.
• Create and publish daily social posts on Instagram and TikTok, write captions and respond to comments and direct messages.
• Design social assets using Canva, Capcut and platform‑based video editing tools.
• Assist the Senior Social & Comms Executive with the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club program, handling briefs and content collection.
• Support PR event execution and coordinate product send‑outs and media pitching with the local PR agency.
• Produce weekly and monthly social media performance reports for Marketing and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social and content marketing within retail, e‑commerce or beauty/fashion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking ability.

Required skills

• Experience managing Instagram Business accounts, Facebook Business Manager and TikTok.
• Proficiency with Canva, Capcut, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Video editing capability within social platforms.
