Site Supervisor - Marsden Park Data Centre Projects

About the role

Built is hiring a Site Supervisor for large-scale data centre projects in Marsden Park. You will take ownership of your work zone, lead teams on the ground and help deliver highly technical builds safely, on schedule and to a high standard. The role sits alongside the wider project team and focuses on keeping momentum against key milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within your allocated area
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Drive site safety and compliance and support a strong safety culture
• Lead subcontractors and trades to keep programme and sequencing on track
• Maintain site documentation and track progress against key milestones

Required profile

• A trade background, with further qualifications in Construction Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership presence on site, able to keep teams aligned and productive
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors
