Site Manager

About the role

Unispace is seeking a Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate on‑site activities, align subcontractors and internal teams with project goals, and ensure that each space is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations, ensuring subcontractors follow the project scope, drawings, and delivery strategy.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, landlords, tenants, and agents, maintaining transparent communication.
• Manage the construction programme to meet deadlines, supervise quality assurance/quality control, and drive punch‑list completion.
• Enforce strict health and safety standards, implement risk‑management plans, and ensure building‑code compliance.
• Maintain site setup, cleanliness, and accurate documentation, including document control and risk registers.
• Lead the project through close‑out, guaranteeing a smooth handover that meets Unispace’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading on‑site construction teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, QA/QC processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep documentation current and escalated appropriately.
• Commitment to delivering projects on schedule without compromising quality.
