Site Architect

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Site Architect to lead on‑site coordination and delivery for large‑scale commercial projects in Brisbane. This hands‑on role bridges design and construction, ensuring projects are built to the intended quality and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site coordination and construction‑phase delivery for commercial builds.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract administration processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between builders, consultants, and the design team.
• Review and respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and site queries.
• Maintain design intent throughout construction and monitor program, quality, and compliance on‑site.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction‑phase or site architect roles.
• Strong expertise in contract administration (CA).
• Proven ability to manage RFIs, variations, and site coordination.
• Effective communication with builders, consultants, and clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering projects correctly and efficiently.
